2 CONNESSIONE

Il filo TX deve essere sempre più vicino all'etichetta SYS. Il cavo RX deve essere sempre nel pin centrale della porta SYS.
VCC e GND possono essere collegati a qualsiasi porta, tranne ELE / PIT / AIL e SYS. Può essere collegato anche a una porta del ricevitore. Se alimentato da una batteria separata, GND deve essere collegato alla fonte di alimentazione dell'unità.
Non collegare il cavo di comunicazione all'alimentazione! Può essere collegato solo alla porta SYS.
3 CONFIGURAZIONE
Spirit Wifi-Link offre una configurazione intuitiva da qualsiasi dispositivo che supporti la connessione WiFi e il browser web.
Per aprirlo puoi procedere in questo modo:
- Collegati al modulo Wifi.
- SSID predefinito (nome del sito Wifi): Spirit Wifi-Link.
- Il modulo è per impostazione predefinita in Access Point mode.
- Puoi connetterti direttamente all'AP in modo normale.
- Dopo la connessione, il dispositivo riceverà automaticamente l'indirizzo IP.
- Apri il tuo web browser.
- Di solito è possibile utilizzare qualsiasi browser Web moderno con supporto JavaScript.
- Entra nel modulo con questo indirizzo: http://192.168.4.1
- Inserendo "192.168.4.1" si accederà alla configurazione. Qui è possibile modificare qualsiasi parametro compreso il cambio di SSID, password o modalità wireless.
Con l'ultimo firmware del modulo, Spirit Settings è disponibile direttamente dal tuo browser web!
AP+Client Mode (Solo per utenti esperti)
- Il modulo è in grado di connettersi a una stazione WiFi esistente (ad es. La rete domestica). Entrando nell'interfaccia di configurazione, è possibile impostare la modalità AP + Client. In questa modalità puoi trovare la tua rete e collegarti ad essa. In questo modo è possibile accedere al modulo da qualsiasi dispositivo connesso alla stessa rete, anche tramite cavo ethernet.
- Se sei connesso a una stazione WiFi esistente, il modulo riceverà il secondo indirizzo IP. È possibile trovare tale indirizzo IP nell'interfaccia di configurazione.
- È possibile connettersi all'interfaccia dal secondo indirizzo IP quando si accede dalla rete. Puoi anche accedere a Internet o al modulo contemporaneamente.
Connessione a una rete esistente
- Connect to the Spirit Wifi-Link.
- Enter the WiFi Client section in the web interface.
- Click the „Switch to AP+Client mode“ (if not already).
- Wait a few seconds to display all available Wi-Fi networks.
- In the WiFi Association select Wi-Fi network you want to connect.
- Enter password of the Wi-Fi network (if required).
- Click the Connect button and wait for the success notification.
- Remember the address that will appear in the „WiFi address“ entry – this IP address should be used to connect the module through the network you are connected to.
3.1 Auto Turn-Off feature
To allow operation of the Wifi-Link module during a flight you can enable the Auto Turn-Off feature. This feature will automatically turn off the module if no device will connect to it (at the Access Point created by the module) or if the module itself will not connect to any infrastructure (any other WiFi network that pilot can program).
After power up of the model the module will start counting the time. If there is no connection until configured period of time the Status LED will turn Off which mean that the module is completely turned off. Then it is completely safe to fly with the model.
4 USAGE
When Spirit unit with the module are running, you can proceed with the following steps:
4.1 Web Browser - iOS, WP, Sailfish OS, PC, Mac, ...
- Go to Settings/Wi-Fi in Operating System, search for a new networks.
- Connect to the „Spirit Wifi-Link ...“ network.
- Enter the module with this address: http://192.168.4.1
- Click the Spirit Settings in the Menu of the Wifi-Link interface
The best experience with Chrome, Firefox, Safari web browsers.
4.2 Native Android app
- Download the latest „Spirit Settings“ app from Google Play.
- Go to Settings/Wi-Fi in Android system, search for a new networks.
- Connect to the „Spirit Wifi-Link ...“ network.
- Open the Spirit Settings app.
- Go to the Connection and select WIFI device.
- Click the Connect button and you are ready
4.3 Native PC & Mac app
- Download and install the Spirit Settings software from Spirit System web page. Required version is at least 2.0.2.
- Go to Wi-Fi settings in your Operating System and search for a new networks. (You need Wifi card in your computer)
- Connect to the „Spirit Wifi-Link ...“ network.
- Start the Spirit Settings app in Demo mode
- Press CTRL+W to open Wifi-Link window and confirm the IP.
- Close and start the app again – connection should work now.
