When Pilot need to hear a Value in a periodic manner it is possible to set Reporting Alarm. Telemetry variables are great example for this. For example it is possible to Call Out Battery Capacity periodically to find out if it is good time for landing. Or to call out remaining Flight Time based on System Timer.
