1 Das Gerät funktioniert nach dem Firmware-Update (flashen) nicht

Falls Ihr Gerät nach dem Firmware-Update nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, können Sie die folgende Anleitung verwenden, damit es wieder funktioniert.

Die wichtigste Frage ist, warum ist es gescheitert?

Möglichkeiten sind:
  • Verbindung zwischen Gerät und Computer ist nicht stabil (Kabel überprüfen).
  • Bad USB interface driver in your Operating System.

Wenn Sie Windows nutzen, installieren Sie bitte die Software mit der Option für die Treiberinstallation neu. Dann wird der korrekten Treiber installiert. Anschließend den PC neu starten.

Wenn Sie Mac nutzen, verwenden Sie diesen Treiber: OSX 11.0 Big Sur and newer

Andere Treiber werden sehr wahrscheinlich nicht richtig funktionieren - besonders für den Firmware-Update Prozess!

Requirements for the Recovery process:
  1. Richtiger Treiber in Ihrem Betriebssystem.
  2. Status LED of the unit must be pulsating after power up.

2 Wie kann ich das Gerät wiederherstellen?

  1. Verbinden Sie das USB-Interface mit Ihrem PC und dem Gerät (SYS port).
  2. Start the software. Select Recovery mode when prompted.
  3. Choose correct COM port in the Connection tab first.
  4. Go to the Update tab and select firmware you want to flash.
  5. Power up the unit (from your BEC or a battery) and wait until Status LED start to pulsating.
  6. Press the Flash button and confirm - software will download firmware from Spirit Server and flashing should start immediately.
  7. In 10 seconds, unit should be operating again without any issue. Your settings are untouched.
