1 L'unità non funziona dopo flashing

Nel caso in cui l'unità non funzioni correttamente dopo il processo di flashing, è possibile utilizzare la seguente guida per farlo funzionare di nuovo.

La domanda importante è: perché ha fallito ?

Le possibilità sono:

• La connessione tra l'unità e il computer non è stabile (controllare i cavi).

• Driver dell'interfaccia USB difettoso nel sistema operativo.

Se sei su Windows, reinstalla il software con l'opzione per l'installazione del driver. Quindi installerà il driver corretto. Quindi riavvia il PC.

Se sei su Mac, usa questo driver: OSX 11.0 Big Sur

Altri driver molto probabilmente non funzioneranno correttamente, soprattutto per il processo di flashing!

Requirements for the Recovery process:

1. Correct driver in your operating system.
2. Status LED of the unit must be pulsating after power up.

2 How to revive the unit

1. Connect the USB interface to your PC and the unit (SYS port).
2. Start the software. Select Recovery mode when prompted.
3. Go to the Update tab and select firmware you want to flash (4df file extension).
4. Power up the unit (from your BEC or a battery). Status LED should pulsate.
5. Press the Flash button - Flashing process should start immediately.
6. In 10 seconds, unit should be operating again without any issue. Your settings are untouched.
